How do I return an item?

D'ALASKA CO.™ LOCAL RETURN POLICY

Original sales receipt must accompany returns.

We accept returns for exchange or refund 15 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 15 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

• without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
• within 15 calendar days of the delivery date
• unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 15 days noted in that item's particular item description.
• Custom ordered and or made to order items sales, are FINAL. There are NO refunds, exchanges or store credits and require a 50% non refundable deposit.


If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
Again you MUST contact us within 15 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 15 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

D'ALASKA CO.™ SHIPPING & RETURN POLICIES

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

All domestic orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground by default and customers are charged shipping fees at checkout. Orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. All orders shipped to residential addresses will be delivered as Signature Required.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

All international customers are responsible to pay shipping costs, duties, and taxes. Customers may choose between UPS/FedEx Standard (8-14 days), Expedited (6-8 business days), and Express Saver (4-6 business days) shipping methods. International shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. We make every attempt to minimize the potential impact of customs delays. Shipping charges, duties, and taxes will be estimated at checkout. Shipping charges will be charged at checkout while duties and taxes will be charged to the customer upon delivery.

We are delighted to have you as a customer and hope our merchandise meets your complete satisfaction. If you need to return an item, please note the following procedures:
If you are unhappy with your product, please contact us within 15 days to file a claim. We will exchange the item as inventory allows and refunds may be granted as detailed below.
(No Returns or exchanges after 15 days from dated receipt)

NOTE: Product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging. For jewelry products, tags can not be removed.

INCORRECT, DAMAGED, OR MISSING ITEMS
If your order is incorrect, damaged, or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours (email - [email protected]) and we will correct the issue at our expense. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the entire cost of returned items, and cover return shipping expenses.

OTHER ELIGIBLE RETURNS
If you wish to return your purchase for any other reason, you may do so within 14 days of receiving the order. Customers are responsible for return shipping expenses. To initiate a return/exchange you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by emailing [email protected]. ( 25% Restocking Fee will apply)
