How do I return an item? D'ALASKA CO.™ LOCAL RETURN POLICY
Original sales receipt must accompany returns.
We accept returns for exchange or refund 15 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 15 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
• without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. DOMESTIC SHIPPING: All domestic orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground by default and customers are charged shipping fees at checkout. Orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. All orders shipped to residential addresses will be delivered as Signature Required. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: All international customers are responsible to pay shipping costs, duties, and taxes. Customers may choose between UPS/FedEx Standard (8-14 days), Expedited (6-8 business days), and Express Saver (4-6 business days) shipping methods. International shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. We make every attempt to minimize the potential impact of customs delays. Shipping charges, duties, and taxes will be estimated at checkout. Shipping charges will be charged at checkout while duties and taxes will be charged to the customer upon delivery.
